We want you to be happy with Download Manager. That's why there's a free 30-day trial, so you can try every feature before you pay.
If you're not happy with your purchase, email support@threefoldapps.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd love to hear how we could do better.
Please include the email address you bought with, or your order number from the receipt.
Payments are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Your refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. It usually appears within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Once a refund is made, the licence key stops working.
We can't usually refund purchases after 14 days, but if something has gone wrong, write to us anyway and we'll do our best to help. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
