These terms cover buying and using Download Manager for Mac, made by Threefold, a software studio based in Canada. By buying or using the app, you agree to them.
Download Manager is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, taxes and receipts, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. The price is $18 USD, one time. Local sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
You can use every feature free for 30 days. After that, you'll need a licence to keep downloading.
Only download files and videos that you have the right to download. You're responsible for following the terms of the websites you use and the copyright laws where you live. Download Manager doesn't remove copy protection from protected content.
You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. See the refund policy.
We work hard to make Download Manager reliable, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise that every website or download will always work, as websites change without notice. As far as the law allows, Threefold isn't liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits from using the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived.
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought still covers your purchase.
