On the old Mac, open Download Manager and choose Download Manager › Register Download Manager… › Deactivate this Mac. Then enter the same key on the new Mac. Each licence works on one Mac at a time.
Websites change often, and the app keeps its video tools up to date by itself. If a video still fails, email us the page link and we'll take a look. Protected streaming services such as Netflix can't be saved.
